Comfortable in your own skin

Do you not feel comfortable in your own skin? With these 7 tips, that will soon over.

7 tips

  1. Be proud
Be proud of 3 things about yourself. For example: you’re a kind person, you play a musical instrument or you’re good at sports.
  2. Feel attractive
Look at yourself naked in the mirror. Name at least 3 things you think are attractive. That shouldn’t be too difficult. You have great hair, a good body or a beautiful smile. If you feel attractive, you radiate that feeling. Which makes other people think you’re attractive too.
  3. Don’t compare yourself
Don’t compare yourself to pop stars, film stars or others on social media. Did you know that − with the help of make-up, lighting and Photoshop − anyone’s body can be made to look fantastic in a photo? Take porn videos for example; which quite often aren’t a realistic depiction of the male body in real life the actors are more muscular and have much bigger penises than most boys and men.
  4. Be active
When you’re active, your body releases substances (endorphins), which make you feel good. And a little exercise never hurts when it comes to keeping that divine body of yours in shape. Play a sport, walk the dog or take a run-on wells bay road or the cruyff court.
  5. Do something fun
Do something fun with your friends. Get up off the couch and go to the bay for a swim, exercise or play a game. When you enjoy yourself, you are more comfortable in your skin. And if you do it with people you like, you feel even better.
  6. Take care of your body
From head to toe, from crown to crotch. Wear clean clothes. Use deodorant, brush your teeth and put on some aftershave. Just remember: more isn’t always better! Otherwise, everyone will steer well clear of you.
  7. Treat yourself
Create leisure time. Do something you enjoy, especially when you’ve had to do a lot of studying.  When you take good care of yourself, you feel more comfortable in your own skin.

Insecure

Do you feel insecure about yourself? That’s probably because you’re visualizing what you think is ideal. But realistically: nobody is perfect and everyone is different. You are fine just as you are.

Men and Women

Are you a typical men or women? Probably not. There is virtually no such thing.
